Profile: City-center or out-of-town locations with high visibility from major roads and highways, proximity to population concentrations and excellent accessibility by vehicle and/or public transit.
Deal Size: $40 million to $200 million total capitalization.
Structure: Amstar Europe will consider either entering into joint ventures with highly-qualified local real estate operators or developing on its own.
