Amstar Europe invests in five classes of real estate: Office, Hotel, Residential, Industrial, and Retail in major metropolitan markets in the Ukraine. Amstar Europe’s primary focus is on development of high quality, well located comercial projects that will be leased to multi-national and leading local companies as well as residential projects that will be sold in the local market.
